My Name is Jeremy Smith and I am the owner / operator of Square 1 Home Inspections, LLC.  After working in construction for most of my life and a handyman for the last couple years, I decided to put my skills to work as an inspector. I take pride in the services that I provide and know how important an inspection can be for you and your family.   

Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you will ever make. My goal is to ensure that my clients fully understand what they are buying.  I guide my clients through the inspection process by performing a thorough, unbiased inspection of the building and all major components, providing a clear report of the property’s condition, and giving my clients the knowledge they need to make a more informed decision about purchasing the property.
